Need any help?
Tell us a little about your brand and what you’re trying to fix. We’ll get back to you within two business days — honest answer, no slide deck required.
What to put in the message
The more honest the brief, the faster we can give you something honest back.
We get a lot of inquiries that say “looking for PR” and not much else. Those take longer to scope. If you can include a few of these, we can be a lot more useful in the first reply:
The business in two sentences.
What you sell, who buys it.
What you’ve tried.
Past agencies, in-house programs, anything that worked or didn’t.
What “good” looks like.
Coverage in a specific tier of publication? A ranking position? A pipeline number?
Timing and budget range.
Even a rough band helps us tell you quickly whether we’re the right fit.
You don’t need to have all of this figured out. We’re happy to help you figure it out together.
What happens after you hit send
A real person reads every inquiry within one business day.
If we’re a fit, we’ll suggest a 30-minute call to dig in. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll tell you and, where we can, point you toward someone who is.
No automated nurture sequence. No five follow-up emails over the next two weeks. One reply, written by hand.
When we’re not the right fit
We’ll be straight with you if any of these are true.
- You need a press release distributed by Thursday with no follow-up program.
- Your budget is set up for one tactic and one report, not a strategy.
- You’re hiring against a brief that’s already locked in tactics that don’t add up.
If any of that sounds familiar, there are good agencies that work that way. We’re just not one of them.
